Strawberry-Quinoa Salad
Quinoa get a what, what??
We’ve been making this dish for years. It’s super simple with just 6 ingredients, it’ makes the perfect weeknight meal. It’s best served room temperature, or slightly chilled. It doesn’t keep well as the strawberries will absorb any moisture from the quinoa if left overnight so be sure to enjoy the same day.
Ingredients
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 0 min (See our other blog post on cooking the perfect quinoa)
3 cups cooked quinoa (1 cup uncooked quinoa)
10 oz strawberries
4 oz goat cheese
1 oz slivered almonds
Preparation
Quarter the strawberries & chop the goat cheese
Mix everything together
Literally, that’s it!
